If you live close to the ocean or a busy main road the air is full of salt, dirt and dust that will end up on your property and it needs to be cleaned off every 1-2 years professionally, if you fail to clean the property every few years then you could have bigger problems down the track. When we house-wash we spray a chlorine, water, degreaser mixture that removes all the dirt, salt and grim and we then soft wash, the house will look like new when we finish.
